Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy
Quick SMS Limited is committed to building and maintaining a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace across all four of our operating jurisdictions. We recognise that diversity of background, experience, and perspective makes our business stronger, our services better, and our culture more innovative.
Our EDI commitment
We operate across four jurisdictions — Jersey, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Singapore — and employ staff in genuinely international working environments. This multi-jurisdictional, remote-first structure is itself a meaningful expression of our commitment to removing geographic and structural barriers to employment.
Protected characteristics
Quick SMS Limited prohibits discrimination, harassment, and victimisation on the basis of any protected characteristic:
These characteristics are protected across the full employment lifecycle — recruitment, selection, induction, training, development, promotion, and termination.
Fair pay and the Living Wage
Registered Living Wage Foundation employer
All UK-based directly employed staff and all UK contractor staff engaged through Quick SMS are paid at or above the Real Living Wage — currently £13.45 per hour (outside London) and £14.80 per hour (London), 2025-26 rates. Verifiable at livingwage.org.uk.
In Jersey and Dubai, all staff are paid at or above locally recognised fair wage benchmarks. No employee in any jurisdiction is paid below the applicable minimum or living wage.
SME supply chain commitment
Of our discretionary supply chain spend — excluding regulated mobile network operator costs — Quick SMS directs the majority to SME suppliers across accountancy, professional services, web development, and marketing.
